Subscription Renewals

Existing customers can renew their product subscriptions online or by choosing any of the following methods.

Online Renewals

You have 30 days after your support and maintenance subscription expires to renew your subscription. You can renew your subscription anytime online.

You must have a current license for the product you are purchasing a subscription for, and it cannot be more than 30 days since you purchased your product or existing subscription has expired.  Your order will be validated prior to your subscription activation. You can also submit your request via email to .

Fax Renewals

Please visit our online store select the product(s) that you wish to renew and proceed to checkout. When you are prompted for ‘Payment Method’ select ‘Fax Order In’.  Print the page that is displayed, fill in your payment information and fax it to us at (517) 625-4055. Please feel free to call us at any time with any questions you may have at (517) 625-5729.

We accept the following forms of payment: VISA/MC/AMEX, Wire Transfer, Check, and Money Order.

Purchase Orders

We accept purchase order requests. You can fax your request to (517) 625-4055.  Please include a contact name and email address when placing a purchase order. Also, please follow the steps above for Fax Orders and include the form with your order.
