The ShortcutBar sample program will demonstrate how to implement an Outlook 2003 ShortcutBar style control, and how to
change the theme of the ShortcutBar. The ShortcutBar control is made up of a client pane and a group of shortcuts. The client pane is used
to display a form with relevant information when a shortcut is clicked. For example, a form containing mail box navigation is displayed in
the client pane when the mail shortcut is clicked in the group of shortcuts.
